Hypnotherapy uses hypnosis to rewire deep subconscious patterns. It offers goal-oriented plans, using powerful imagery to break emotional blocks for lasting habits and sustainable self-belief.

I’m an integrative, trauma-informed psychotherapist offering remote therapy. Using tools like CBT, hypnosis, and ACT, I combine mindfulness and practical strategies for holistic healing. Our goal-oriented sessions will explore your core issues and turn insights into action.

I hold an MSc in Psychology from BPP, London, and a hypnotherapy diploma, with over 120 hours of training in Integrative Psychotherapy.
