Social Withdrawal – Isolating from friends and family, relying on unhealthy stress relief, increased sick leave. Unusual Behavior – Others notice concerning changes in attitude or actions. Depersonalization – Feeling detached, seeing nothing and no one as valuable. Inner Emptiness – Feeling hollow, using excessive food, sex, alcohol, or distractions to cope. Depression – Feeling lost, exhausted, and hopeless about the future. Burnout Syndrome – Possible mental and physical breakdown, long-term sick leave, or career collapse.</image:caption>
